Throughout the webinar, Jeannie and Jill will demonstrate the techniques they discuss, so you can experience first hand what works, and what doesn’t.

Presenters:

Jeannie An is the Research Services Librarian, Ron Joyce Centre, DeGroote School of Business, McMaster University. She was also the Chair of the Staff Learning & Development Committee (SLDC) for the library where she gained her knowledge of webinars by viewing hundreds of webinars and also investigating what makes a great webinar through current research on webinar best practices.

Jill Bedford is a Library Assistant at the H. G. Thode Library of Science and Engineering, McMaster University where she provides research, ILL, IT, reserves and circulation assistance. Jill also served on the Staff Learning & Development Committee for the library.
