Do your Food Programs Make a Difference?
Learn about or share resources that evaluate community-based food security projects here.
Food Secure Canada has been asked by the Public Health Agency of Canada to help collect and share:
· Tools and methods for evaluation of food-related initiatives
· How you measure changes in food security
· Evaluation reports for food-related initiatives
With your permission, we will promote your resources and use them to inform and supplement an evaluation toolkit for community-based Canadian food security practitioners that will be available in March, 2010.
At Bits and Bytes, Food Secure Canada's resource site, you can
- Post your evaluation stories or resources
- Browse or search by "evaluation to find resources from others
For more information, or if you would like to be part of a group to give feedback as the evaluation kit is developed and disseminated, contact General Enquiries.
